Please add a search button!!!
We have the largest whiskey bar in Texas and it is easy to forget where a certain bottle might be. If there was a search button I could look and see exactly which section and which shelf. It allows me to do that on my laptop but not from my phone or my pos at work. Just a thought! If there already is a way to do that please let me know how to do it. Thank in advance!

Ability to look up a item cost on the mobile app.
It would be great to be able to see the item cost when doing an inventory on the app. To verify for accuracy and also to look up easily.
3 votesWe are planning to implement this feature, so will notify you upon its completion and release, or to ask any additional follow-up questions to ensure our solution meets your needs.
Thank you!

automatically place new item in venue
new product comes in, say a new keg you've never carried before(or liquor)...have a feature where it automatically is assigned or venue choices are available upon entering the invoice so it's taken care of right away...so a new keg automatically shows up in the keg cooler or liquor shows up in liquor room, otherwise it doesn't show up until it's placed in a specific area

Once an order has been reviewed and an invoice created, automatically add received product into inventory
Once you check in your order, you should get the option as to what area that specific item is going into. Then have it automatically update your inventory quantities.

inventory adjustments
It would be great if I was able to create an “Update Stock Order” with inventory that was consumed on any given date but not sold. Then GENERATE the "Update Stock Order" to automatically adjust inventory levels. The stock order will need to auto populate the inventory once you start typing for quicker entering and quantity input with either negative or positive values. We don’t sell our beverages, however they are consumed and purchased regularly for PR Events, Employee thank you evenings and employee morale boosts. I tried to get around your system by creating a purchase order, it would…

Add an integrated bluetooth scale in to get 100% accurate counts based on weights instead of a slider.
Add an integrated bluetooth scale in to get 100% accurate counts based on weights instead of a slider. With so many bottles out there that are non see through and miss shaped having the option to get 100% accurate counts would be nice.

Allow users to create different container names
Some of my products are in packages, boxes and BIBs. The list of containers is limited to kegs, bottle and cans.
I need to be able to define my own list of containers.
Absolutely hilarious counting "bottles" of peanuts.1 vote -
Please add a search button.
Please add a search button within each section. Would make inventory soooooo much faster instead of having to scroll through the entire list if I missed something.

Better if we can search items
Thank you so much for give me to try this it's good appreciation but I have some problems with it
Better if I can find all products in application (if you have database) because we have a lot of drinks to create a drink item. It's too take too much time for it. So many steps to finish for one thing.
Thanks

Be able to run inventory report on certain parts of venue
We do a Full inventory once a month, but do only the stock rooms once a week. If I could run an inventory report for my stock rooms separately from the entire venue, it would make weekly ordering much easier. Then when I look at the weekly report spreadsheet I could see exactly what needs to be ordered each week instead of having to scroll through each placement of the stockroom individually.
14 votesHi,
You could take a beginning and ending inventory session on a per Area basis to track usage, however, the total quantity on hand would be aggregate.
If you wanted to set your pars based on only the stock room, you could use the reset to zero feature and only count the stock room for ordering!
Learn more about the reset to zero feature here: http://support.partender.com/knowledgebase/articles/615426-how-do-i-reset-the-counts-levels-to-0

Better units for counting dry goods and food. IE Cases of Bev Naps, pounds of Hamburger
Better units for counting dry goods and food. IE Cases of Bev Naps, pounds of Hamburger.
Currently all units are set up for Beverages4 votesHi,
It’s true – Partender was designed and built for beverage, or liquid capacity. For now, it still works great for anything you want to count by the whole unit.
In the future, we do want to build out more features for food! In the meantime, there are some tricks to still use the existing program for food. Give us a shout if you want to set up a free test account for food. =)
Thank you,

Inventory search
Ability to search inventory too see if certain bottle in stock quickly.
11 votesHi,
The best way to see if a bottle is in stock is to 1) search for the product in the Analytics page to view the most recent count, or 2) review the most recent inventory report, which breaks down quantity on hand per Area (so you can see how much you have in different locations throughout the venue).
We will review adding a search feature in the application.
Thank you,

Food Inventory
I know that there is an option to input food for inventory, but it seems as a side thought. It would be great if you would allow the users to be able to input their food items and be able to put the measurements in based on the size of the canister or package. Not just have the standard mL, L, oz, gal sizes
67 votesWe are currently looking into small changes that we can introduce quickly that will improve food inventory. At the moment, you can still get an accurate PO for a food product by inputting the size/weight of the item in the Product Name, regardless of what container and capacity you set.

A "lock" button for the level indicator
Sometimes when I swipe to the next bottle, I accidentally change the liquor level. A button that would lock in the liquor level would help.

Allow the user to create custom list of measures/volumes/quantities
Some of my products are measured in grams. The capacity and servings lists are limited to liquid measures.
Allow the user to create a custom measure, such as grams, bushels, tonnes, tankers.... Ok, so maybe we only need grams.2 votes -
Making it quicker to input quantities
Just what I'm finding would make it quicker to input quantities in the app:
A previous/next button in each item so I don't have to go in, input the amount, then go back out. Also, automatically have the keypad up and the +/- buttons- again so I don't have to go into the keypad, enter the number, and go out again.
I just figure these small changes would make it so much quicker to input. Otherwise, fantastic system.1 vote -
Use the date default format of the users device.
The only nation in the world that uses the American date format is... you guessed it; America. (OK, so maybe some islands in Micronesia and the Marshall Islands too.) That's about 325 million people.
The vast majority of the rest of the world uses the DMY date format, or approximately 3,700 million people. That's about 12:1.
Please let us set our preferred date format.1 vote
