Are we really supposed to line up how full we think a keg is? This is AWESOME for bottles where we can see how full they are, but there's gotta be a better way to implement keg weights.8 votes
Instead of manually entering each item, I'd like the ability to scan the bar code and have the item appear.57 votes
We have food costing in our kitchen, where you can use a recipe card and figure out how much it costs us to make a hamburger. We'd like something similar for our liquor, for mixed drinks for example, where we could enter in a recipe and using our wholesale prices, it would calculate how much the drink should cost.20 votes
We are reviewing and planning this project. Thank you for the feedback. Stay tuned for updates.
I know that there is an option to input food for inventory, but it seems as a side thought. It would be great if you would allow the users to be able to input their food items and be able to put the measurements in based on the size of the canister or package. Not just have the standard mL, L, oz, gal sizes26 votes
We are currently looking into small changes that we can introduce quickly that will improve food inventory. At the moment, you can still get an accurate PO for a food product by inputting the size/weight of the item in the Product Name, regardless of what container and capacity you set.
The venue I manage is a high volume music venue and we separate our POS Screen buttons & categories by Liquor level/price rather than liquor type, in order to operate as quickly as possible. If I was able to assign Sub Product types to match the liquor level categories to match our POS reports, it would be so amazing.1 vote
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org which Product Types you would like to add (and any parent-child relationships) and we can consider these for you and our entire customer database.
I understand that partender removes unused bottles from the brands page, and that we do not want to delete previous/non current bottles so it does not mess up past inventory. The problem I recently experienced when training our staff, was that one of our staff accidentally placed an incorrect bottle in our venue that we never carried. Now we are stuck with it on our brands page. It would be nice if there was a way to offer a delete option from the brands page with multiple warning & "are you sure" messages.1 vote
We believe we’ve actually resolved this issue already because we have a filter called “Current Placed In Your Venue” automatically turned on such that even if you accidentally add a product and remove it, that product should now be filtered out of your Brands page.
Does that help?
Being able to navigate in & out and edit each individual bottle quickly without it sending you back all the way to the original Venue Homepage. Leaving you having to reenter back into the venue section and scrolling down to the last bottle you edited. Also having a search button would be great also!6 votes
You do not have to navigate in and out of the Areas and Sections to add bottles and take inventory. Check out this video on how to take fast inventory: http://support.partender.com/knowledgebase/articles/890469-training-videos-how-to-take-inventory

Add purchases and used columns to inventory report. I can see what I bought and I can see what I used and adjust pars as necessary or see exactly what has happened between counts.13 votes
You can actually generate a Usage report from the Reports page, which allows you to choose any beginning and ending date – not just the different between your most recent 2 inventory sessions. It shows your beginning, ending, purchases, and usage. It even gives you a place to input sales!

We enter purchases into Quik books. So we have to manually break out beer, wine, liquor, n/alcoholic. I would be nice if the spreadsheet could group each into their category and have subtotals for each, which add up to the entire invoice. I would be a considerable back office time saver. If you enter invoices into Partender, you can see total value of purchases/invoices for liquor, beer, wine (and any other product type) in your Analytics page. We will also calculate your usage, and cost of goods sold!

Your inventory report also breaks down the total value on on hand for all your products types. Just click the Value on Hand tab!
