Importing invoices into the Partender from Fintech
Fintech is a huge tool when paying our distributors, it would be awesome if there was a way to import our invoices into Partender using a CSV file. This will help with keeping the pricing and product updated.

Instead of 7 bottles of the same Canadian club with different sizes coming up in a search, show me one Canadian club and let me choose the size. That way, I don't have to take a photo just to add a size you don't have the option for.

Sorting Invoices
There should be a simple way to view Invoices either by date or Distributor.
Additionally there should be a feature to alert you if you are accidentally re-entering an invoice,21 votes -
Separate data for draft vs. bottled beer
I want to calculate a separate pour cost for draft beer and bottled beer.
10 votesHi,
Thank you all for your feedback.
If you want break down beer cost to draft beer on hand vs. bottle beer on hand, just follow these steps:
1) One-time setup: Put the ‘Draft’ or ‘Bottle’ in the Product Code field for each beer you carry at partender.com/setup
2) From then on, every time you get your inventory report, sort by Product Code
3) Highlight all the wholesales values that pair with the respective product code, then you will easily see your total beer cost for draft vs. bottle.
We are planning ability to filter in the Analytics portal (partnder.com) by containers (e.g. keg vs. bottle), to easily see COGS as well as Value on Hand by additional filters. You’ll be able to export this data to Excel if needed.
If you’re using Value on Hand on the inventory spreadsheet to calculate your beverage cost, you’re doing extra steps and…

Add liquor costing.
We have food costing in our kitchen, where you can use a recipe card and figure out how much it costs us to make a hamburger. We'd like something similar for our liquor, for mixed drinks for example, where we could enter in a recipe and using our wholesale prices, it would calculate how much the drink should cost.
47 votesHello!
We currently have a beta version of recipe costing. This includes entering in wholesale costs to calculate how much a drink should cost, as well as reverse engineering your costs and prices for a target pour cost.
Please email support@partender.com for access to our Recipe Calculator.Thank you!

Be able to run inventory report on certain parts of venue
We do a Full inventory once a month, but do only the stock rooms once a week. If I could run an inventory report for my stock rooms separately from the entire venue, it would make weekly ordering much easier. Then when I look at the weekly report spreadsheet I could see exactly what needs to be ordered each week instead of having to scroll through each placement of the stockroom individually.
14 votesHi,
You could take a beginning and ending inventory session on a per Area basis to track usage, however, the total quantity on hand would be aggregate.
If you wanted to set your pars based on only the stock room, you could use the reset to zero feature and only count the stock room for ordering!
Learn more about the reset to zero feature here: http://support.partender.com/knowledgebase/articles/615426-how-do-i-reset-the-counts-levels-to-0
Thank you,

Inventory search
Ability to search inventory too see if certain bottle in stock quickly.
11 votesHi,
The best way to see if a bottle is in stock is to 1) search for the product in the Analytics page to view the most recent count, or 2) review the most recent inventory report, which breaks down quantity on hand per Area (so you can see how much you have in different locations throughout the venue).
We will review adding a search feature in the application.
Thank you,

Food Inventory
I know that there is an option to input food for inventory, but it seems as a side thought. It would be great if you would allow the users to be able to input their food items and be able to put the measurements in based on the size of the canister or package. Not just have the standard mL, L, oz, gal sizes
67 votesWe are currently looking into small changes that we can introduce quickly that will improve food inventory. At the moment, you can still get an accurate PO for a food product by inputting the size/weight of the item in the Product Name, regardless of what container and capacity you set.

add a year category for wines.
When entering a new wine have a separate area to select the vintage of the wine.

A "lock" button for the level indicator
Sometimes when I swipe to the next bottle, I accidentally change the liquor level. A button that would lock in the liquor level would help.

Bar code scanner
Instead of manually entering each item, I'd like the ability to scan the bar code and have the item appear.

have the ability to edit/delete distributor names.
If you could delete the generic distributors off that would be great. Also, once you have your distributors, offer a way to edit their information. (Contact info, days of delivery, payment methods, etc.) And have the ability to sort product by distributor.
9 votesUsers can edit and delete any distributors that are originally added by a user. You can also sort your reports and the Brands page by distributor. We will be adding additional functionality for distributors.
Users cannot edit or delete public distributors that are included in the system.

Add Missing Serving Size to the Brands Page
When an inventory report is run, if an item is missing a field, a message appears in the Value on hand page:
Can't calculate because you're missing at least one item's Retail Value, Serving Size, or Serving Unit. Please go to Partender.com/Setup, fill in any missing values, Save, and then re-run a report.
If would make finding these errors easier if we were able to select all of the potential missing items.

Allow the user to create custom list of measures/volumes/quantities
Some of my products are measured in grams. The capacity and servings lists are limited to liquid measures.
Allow the user to create a custom measure, such as grams, bushels, tonnes, tankers.... Ok, so maybe we only need grams.2 votes -
Making it quicker to input quantities
Just what I'm finding would make it quicker to input quantities in the app:
A previous/next button in each item so I don't have to go in, input the amount, then go back out. Also, automatically have the keypad up and the +/- buttons- again so I don't have to go into the keypad, enter the number, and go out again.
I just figure these small changes would make it so much quicker to input. Otherwise, fantastic system.1 vote -
Use the date default format of the users device.
The only nation in the world that uses the American date format is... you guessed it; America. (OK, so maybe some islands in Micronesia and the Marshall Islands too.) That's about 325 million people.
The vast majority of the rest of the world uses the DMY date format, or approximately 3,700 million people. That's about 12:1.
Please let us set our preferred date format.1 vote -
Allow the user to combine different "brands' into a single item in the inventory
Suppliers like to help their customers, and if they don't have exactly what was ordered, they'll send a substitute item. So for example, we might order 3 x 23 litre kegs of IPA (total 69L), but the supplier might send 1 x 20L, 1 x 23L, and 1x 30L. So now I've got 3 different items in my inventory, and a total of 73L of IPA.
If I create a new item for each keg, then each one will have a par. If I set par to zero for the "wrong sized" kegs, the inventory is going to carry on…1 vote -
I need custom reports.
Can you add the ability to save customized spreadsheets to individual users? Or can you please add my custom report?
Each time we want to print a report I have to customize, trim, delete, and format the report to print properly so I get just the data I need for my order each week.
HELP! this should be easy to add. Or even add it to all users as an option.

Provide an optional % scale overlay on the brand picture
Strange shaped bottles, boxes, packets, kegs, etc do not accurately record the contents using the sliding bar.
An overlay showing 0%-100% would enable the user to select a value.
This concept could also be used for weights. (e.g. a box weighs 1kg, so set and display the maximum value as 1kg)1 vote
