Allow the user to combine different "brands' into a single item in the inventory
Suppliers like to help their customers, and if they don't have exactly what was ordered, they'll send a substitute item. So for example, we might order 3 x 23 litre kegs of IPA (total 69L), but the supplier might send 1 x 20L, 1 x 23L, and 1x 30L. So now I've got 3 different items in my inventory, and a total of 73L of IPA.
If I create a new item for each keg, then each one will have a par. If I set par to zero for the "wrong sized" kegs, the inventory is going to carry on…1 vote -
I need custom reports.
Can you add the ability to save customized spreadsheets to individual users? Or can you please add my custom report?
Each time we want to print a report I have to customize, trim, delete, and format the report to print properly so I get just the data I need for my order each week.
HELP! this should be easy to add. Or even add it to all users as an option.

Provide an optional % scale overlay on the brand picture
Strange shaped bottles, boxes, packets, kegs, etc do not accurately record the contents using the sliding bar.
An overlay showing 0%-100% would enable the user to select a value.
This concept could also be used for weights. (e.g. a box weighs 1kg, so set and display the maximum value as 1kg)1 vote -

Bottle Size
This app is a good idea. Using in the UK our spirits are 1.5L magnum bottles which sit “upside down” on optics. This makes using the app harder because you don’t have the 1.5L size but also because I have to remove every bottle from the wall to turn upright, rather than taking the measure with the bottle upside down.

Have an option to add all products to a section
We have a backup area behind the bar that we keep different products for the rush. It's never the same things. It would be helpful to set up if you could just have an add all products button.

Reset to zero for an individual area or section
Instead of resetting all inventory to zero, it would be really helpful if we could reset specific areas and sections to zero, like just the stock room.

Add more sizes to liquor bottles
Using the app in Canada, 1140ml is a popular bottle size here. Many of your sizes are 750ml, 1000ml etc. Would be great if you could add the sizes that are available here. Thanks!

More Sorting items in Analytics
When we set up items in partender we have to select Bottle, Keg, or Can. We should be to sort items in the Analytics by those categories. It will need to be more specific though. Bottles can be Liquor, beer, or wine, so that has to be more specific. Yes, we can change the name of our inventory to reflect that but with us having to choose container type it should be implemented.

Purchase sorting
When inputting Invoices into the Dashboard we should be able to see what was purchased in Beer Bottles, Beer Kegs, Beer Cans, Liquor, and Wine's for the days between inventory checks. This way we can see what we purchased easier and input that number into a spreadsheet. The Purchase section should have a total of inventory bought breakdown by totals, by distributor, or by Type of Alcohol.

Stealth Audit Feature
Create a Snapshot Audit for specific areas such as different bars or stock areas. Make it so that it doesn't affect your overall inventory. Have a section in the app and the dashboard to catch employee theft. This Section should contain a Before and After snapshot and a section where you can put actual bottles or fl oz sold. It should be easy enough to set traps to catch employees from giving away inventory when they aren't being watched.

Make Partender auto logoff last user
Currently the app retains the login credentials of the previous user doing inventory. This opens it up to misuse, including incorrect attribution of bad inventory numbers. Partender should auto log-off and force each user to enter their own unique user ID and password for every session, or offer a "remember me" option for people who always do the inventory.

Usage Report Improvement
The usage report should default to the measurement specified for that brand if it's going to be all in one spreadsheet. Otherwise, the usage report should only generate usage for items measured by the amount type specified. For example, if I ask for a usage report in "shots" then I should only get a report for items which are measured in shots. Same for bottles, etc. Otherwise I have to delete and sort the report every time, and run several different reports to get a correct usage report for each type of item.

Revamp your beverage inventory tool
There are several emails between Paige and I regarding this issue. It will save us a lot of time to have certain fields be required to fill in when entering a product. When we have month end time and accuracy is of the essence. We find that there are issues with quantities being entered and there is no wholesale value attached. So at the last minute the team is scrambling to locate invoices to see how much a new item was purchased for. Mark Invoices PAID
We should be able to mark an Invoice as PAID (with date) so we can easily see which INvoices are open and which are settled.

This is an interesting request. Invoices, as they are set up now in the Purchasing page, should be entered or checked-in once the products are received into the venue.
It’s a good idea to add a “paid” option if payment for received purchases is handled at a later time. We will bring this up to our Product team.

Being able to delete a bottle from our Brands
I understand that partender removes unused bottles from the brands page, and that we do not want to delete previous/non current bottles so it does not mess up past inventory. The problem I recently experienced when training our staff, was that one of our staff accidentally placed an incorrect bottle in our venue that we never carried. Now we are stuck with it on our brands page. It would be nice if there was a way to offer a delete option from the brands page with multiple warning & "are you sure" messages.

We believe we’ve actually resolved this issue already because we have a filter called “Current Placed In Your Venue” automatically turned on such that even if you accidentally add a product and remove it, that product should now be filtered out of your Brands page.
