Lite version
Would you do a lite version that say kept track of say 150 items, I own a small bar in Prgaue and I love the system, but it's just too much of a cost for us per month. I would be happy to get less details reports and not have food included.
4000czk just too expensive for a small bar here. I would be happy to apy about 1000czk monthly for limited support and a lite version.
Cheers Jonathan.

Updated Bottles
I have 15 different flavors of Three Olives but the data base has the old and older pictures.
15 votesHi there,
We are continually updating and adding new bottles to our database, but it’s a lot of work!
We appreciate your patience while we overhaul our bottle database in order to upload new products and labels.
Thank you!

add additional sub categories in Product Types based on packaging types
It would be great to have more sub categories based on the packaging in the Beer category, i.e.: Bottles, Cans, Draught, Import, Premium, Domestic
2 votesHi,
All products already have a container type (bottle, can, or keg). Our Product Types are based on types of alcohol or beverage, so we could not mix in other categories such as container, quality, etc.
However, we can look into adding other kinds of categories and improving the way you could use these categories for reporting!
Thank you,

Add a search bar for the venue tab, both dashboard and app
There is a search bar when looking for products under brands but it doesn't allow you to figure out where in the venue it is located or to delete it. It would be easier to have a search bar in the venue tab so I don't have to scroll through the entire list to find a product. This is especially annoying in the app.
2 votesHi Angel,
Having a search engine in the app and Venue page would be really helpful. We have received other requests like this.
We will bring this feature request to our Product team. In the meantime, you can search the Venue page in the web portal by using keyboard shortcuts (ctrl+F or command+F).
Thank you!

Better units for counting dry goods and food. IE Cases of Bev Naps, pounds of Hamburger
Better units for counting dry goods and food. IE Cases of Bev Naps, pounds of Hamburger.
Currently all units are set up for Beverages3 votesHi,
It’s true – Partender was designed and built for beverage, or liquid capacity. For now, it still works great for anything you want to count by the whole unit.
In the future, we do want to build out more features for food! In the meantime, there are some tricks to still use the existing program for food. Give us a shout if you want to set up a free test account for food. =)
Thank you,

Attach invoice image to invoice
I want to be able to attach an image of my invoice to my digital invoice in Partender so I have a 2nd record of those purchases. This will help if we get audited.

Hi there,
It sounds like you’re interested in seeing how much alcohol you used, so you can compare it to how much you sold. This information is in your Usage Report!
Download a Usage Report from the Reports page to see how many bottles, ounces, or shots you used of any product.

Filter by missing Product Code in Brands page
I want to view only products that are missing the product code.
5 votesHi Jason,
Adding more filters to the Brands page has been a popular request lately. We will bring this suggestion or our Product team to see when we can fit it into our roadmap.
Thank you!

Update distributors in brands page from new invoices
Update distributor info for brands based off of invoices added to Partender
2 votesHi,
This is a good idea. We already update the wholesale price based on new invoices, so updating the distributor might be the next step.
Our Product Team will consider this.
Thank you!

Show partial counts on the 'Shelf' screen.
I think it would be a big help to show partial counts on the 'Shelf' screen.
So for example, we have 1.5 bottles of Baileys on the shelf. Currently, when I look in the list it will just show the '1 Full bottles' of for Bailey's.
I like using that screen to verify that my counts are accurate and if it showed partial bottle counts, such as '1.5 Full bottles', it would be very helpful.

Add "Purchases" and "Used" to inventory reports
Add purchases and used columns to inventory report. I can see what I bought and I can see what I used and adjust pars as necessary or see exactly what has happened between counts.
13 votesYou can actually generate a Usage report from the Reports page, which allows you to choose any beginning and ending date – not just the different between your most recent 2 inventory sessions. It shows your beginning, ending, purchases, and usage. It even gives you a place to input sales!
Check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hlTkHKvMlY

Save "Analytics" report
Allow me to save a "analytics" report, as in save the brands I choose so that I can later choose "Vodkas" and my vodkas come up or "all" and everything comes up. And I can change the dates I want.

User levels and permissions. "User" and "Admin". One for employees and one for management.
It would be nice to have a standard user level for all of our bartenders to do inventory without having access to reports or editing. This way any employee could use the system to input inventory. And have an "admin" level for management to edit, delete, run/view reports, "finish inventory", etc. This way the client would have more security on the higher level functions.
p.s. Love the system so far! You guys did a great job developing this software!!
20 votesHi!
We currently have limited user permissions, with the plan to build out more.
At the moment, “Admins” can add and remove users, and view and update billing information.
An Admin can also request access for any user to be able to reset inventory levels to zero.
Let us know if you would like to update access for any of your users!
Thank you,

streamline items already in your inventory with a notation
When setting up different sections, most of the time the same product is in each different area. It would be helpful if when setting up a new area that it indicated with a star or some notation the items you have already selected in a different section. That way you aren't searching thru all of partender inventory every time. It streamlines items you have already used.
2 votesGreat news! We are building a feature that will show you all products that are already in your venue when you search for a new product.
Be sure to keep your Partender app updated to see that new feature. =)
Contact us if you have any questions.
Cheers,

Break out invoices into categories
We enter purchases into Quik books. So we have to manually break out beer, wine, liquor, n/alcoholic. I would be nice if the spreadsheet could group each into their category and have subtotals for each, which add up to the entire invoice. I would be a considerable back office time saver. Thank you
10 votesIf you enter invoices into Partender, you can see total value of purchases/invoices for liquor, beer, wine (and any other product type) in your Analytics page. We will also calculate your usage, and cost of goods sold!
Check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ei3z-jyAY0c
Your inventory report also breaks down the total value on on hand for all your products types. Just click the Value on Hand tab!
Cheers,

Ruler bar on the slide
(To be able to know what you're adding in inventory). A slide ruler with numbers on the side.
Especially when I take my own pics.,.
I know partender has been great about keeping up with most of it, but as a secondary check.
That way MY .4 isn't partender's .6
and such...5 votesHi there,
One of the great advantages of Partender is accuracy, which means getting away from the old-school 10-point system.
With Partender, you are able to set the level to the exact level you see on the bottle image. In the past, you may have thought a certain level on a Grey Goose bottle was .5 when in fact it was .6. Instead of trying to guess what the percentage is, Partender does the math for you!
As long as you set the correct level on the image based on what you see in the physical bottle, the inventory quantity will be accurate. =)
Thank you,

Visible distinction between counted and not-yet-counted bottles in current session
Use shading, checkboxes, etc. Our staff is always getting pulled away or distracted. Would be very helpful if partender could help them remember where they left off.

Change the picture set up on bar bottle inventory
On the bar bottle inventory you are only able to see the neck of the bottle. For faster recognition of the bottle I think you should be able to see the whole thing.
3 votesHi,
This is an interesting request. I see what you mean. The keypad pops up on the beer bottles, blocking the image of the bottle.
In the meantime, you can see the name of the product at the top of the screen, but we will review this request and see if can improve this screen view.
Thank you!
