To add a user or get a login for your venue's Partender account, please have an Admin on your venue's Partender account submit a New User Request.
To remove a user
To ensure proper removal of a user, please have an Admin on your venue's account email your Account Manager or firstname.lastname@example.org and provide them with the full name and email address of the user they wish to remove.
