How do I get my User Agent String?

In order for us to better help troubleshoot, we're going to ask you for information that gives us a better of idea of what Operating System and/or Browser you're on.

What you need to do:
  1. Open the browser (Safari, Chrome, FireFox) you use for Partender on the computer you're experiencing issues on
  2. After you open the browser, go to http://www.useragentstring.com/
  3. Copy the User Agent String on the page
  4. Email the User Agent String to your rep and cc: support@Partender.com
  5. We'll follow up if we need any other information
